For products with relatively high surface requirements such as blow molding automotive tail and subsequent spray painting treatment, blow molding requires products to be close to the mold in order to replicate the polished mold surface, often requiring blowing pressure to reach 1.5-2.0MPA. When the area of blow molding products is larger, the products are more complex, and the wall thickness is thinner, the higher the blowing pressure is taken, and vice versa. Higher blowing pressure also results in higher surface finish and dimensional stability. Practical surface, the use of higher blowing pressure, process adjustment will be easier, easy to obtain higher surface quality products.
