Classification and characteristics of hollow molding
1, extrusion blow molding
The process of extrusion blow molding includes: ① The composition of the tube blank: extruded by the extruder, and hung in a pre-separated cavity installed directly below the head; ② When the drooping billet reaches the qualified length, the mold is closed immediately, and the billet is blocked by the cut of the mold; ③ Insert the compressed air blow tube into the small hole on the parting surface of the mold and send the compressed air to make the blank blow up close to the mold wall and form; ④ Adhere to the air pressure so that the product can be cooled and shaped in the cavity.
2, injection blow molding
The injection blow molded blank is molded on a metal tube by injection molding method, one end of the tube is fed with compressed air, and the other end of the tube wall is provided with microholes. The injection molded blanks are usually taken out after cooling, reheated above Tg before blowing, quickly moved into the mold, and blown into compressed air, and the blanks are expanded out of the metal tube and attached to the mold wall for molding and cooling.
3. Stretch and blow molding
Before blow molding, the billet is first axially stretched between TG-TF by mechanical means, and then in blow molding, the radial size of the billet is increased, and then transverse stretching is obtained, and then quickly cooled to below Tg.
4. Multi-layer blow molding
Multilayer tube billet is combined, and blown and cooled under the same conditions.
